As an avid Scrub Daddy user, I am greatly disappointed in the mop. It is not user friendly. The head moves around in the opposite direction when mopping back & forth. It’s not easy to clean off the dirt from the mop head. I actually threw out my other mops because I knew that a Scrub Daddy product was a guaranteed winner, but not in this case.

I love some of their other products. So I purchased this knowing I would probably not like it based on negative reviews. I should have gone with my instinct. The concept makes sense; however, the head moves too much. When you push it forward or pull it back, the head swings up. You have to think about how you are mopping the entire time. So, frustrating. And even if you take it really slow the head still swings up in both directions. It’s useless. This is not user error, this is just a poor design. And the worst is that I can not return it for a refund. When a company has a crappy return policy that tells me everything I need to know. It tells me they do no believe in their own products and are not willing to stand behind them.

Saw this on TikTok and was convinced I had to have it. Legit the worst mop I’ve ever used. Does not work well at all. I even bought an extra mop head because I thought I’d love it. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy this because they don’t accept returns on anything.

I recently bought this mop after seeing it on TikTok and I was so excited to use it. Imagine my disappointment when I mopped one floor in my home and it still left dirt on the floor. I realized that all the mop did was push around the dirt and didn’t clean. It’s just a basic sponge mop. I definitely wasted my money.

I am a huge fan of scrub daddy in the whole family. I was excited to try them mop. The first time I used it it was very poor quality, the handicap sliding down, and the sponge is crumbling.
