Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the US including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico , along with International shipping to Canada. More countries will be added soon.


How much is shipping?

We have a flat rate of $5.99. All orders over $30, shipping is free (excluding Hawaii, Alaska , Puerto Rico and International Shipping. Those fees will be presented to you in checkout).


How long will it take for my order to be processed and delivered?

Depending on demand, processing could take anywhere from 3 – 7 business days to ship. Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery; however, this will vary depending on the mail carrier and destination.


How do orders ship?

Smile Shop domestic orders are mailed using the United States Postal Service (USPS), and UPS Sure Post. Our international orders are shipped Worldwide Economy DDP (Duties and Taxes paid)


How do I know my order was received?

As soon as we receive your order, you will be sent a confirmation email including your order number (please be sure to check your spam/junk mailbox). You will also receive an email from PayPal with your receipt.


How do I find out the status of my order?

If you created an account during checkout, this information is available to you by visiting Once you have logged in, select “ORDERS” to view the status and other information regarding each order. If you have not received an email containing your tracking information, it means your order is still being processed in our warehouse.


How do I receive my tracking information?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number (please be sure to check your spam/junk mailbox).


The USPS has not updated my tracking information for a few days. Is my package lost?

The USPS does not provide real time tracking updates, but be assured your package is still in transit and will be arriving soon.


What do I do if my package does not arrive or the contents are wrong?

If you do not receive your package, or the contents of your package are missing or incorrect, please contact our customer service team at within 15 days of receipt of your package or your delivery status is marked as delivered. After 15 days we can no longer do a proper investigation and we will not be able to rectify your issue.


Why has my order been in transit for so long?

Once a package leaves our facility, it is out of our control. Depending on what carrier is used will play a factor in delivery time. Please keep an eye on your tracking.


Will I be notified when my package has been delivered?

No, but you can manually sign up for text or email updates through the mail carrier’s website.


Where can I view my order history?

How do I get my receipt and invoices?

All documentation will be emailed to you once your order is placed and shipped. Scrub Daddy emails you your receipt, invoice and tracking information. We do not have the capability to send you a PDF invoice.


What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Returns are not accepted.


What if my tracking information says my order was delivered, however, I did not receive it?

Scrub Daddy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages when delivery to the shipping address that was provided has been confirmed.


What if I ordered Scrub Daddy products on  Amazon?

The Scrub Daddy brand works hard to ensure that only authentic, high quality products reach consumers in the condition we intend. As such, for all sales on the Amazon platform, the Scrub Daddy brand offers a 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee which will NOT be honored without provision of valid proof of purchase directly from the Fortress Brand Amazon storefront. All returns for products purchased from the Fortress Brand Amazon storefront must be initiated through Amazon and cannot be handled through the Smile Shop.


What can be done if I forgot to input my discount code?

Once we receive payment for an order, adjustments are unable to be made. If your order has not been fulfilled, it is possible to cancel it and place a new one. Please contact our Customer Service team and include your order number.


How can I update my address or email address if I have inputted it incorrectly or it has changed?

If you have created an account during checkout, you may change this information yourself and it will be applied for all FUTURE orders. Please visit, log in to your account, and select “ADDRESSES” to edit your billing and/or shipping address. To change your email address, select “ACCOUNT DETAILS.” If you have checked out as a guest, please contact our Customer Service team and include your order number.


Can I personally cancel orders in my account?

No, you cannot cancel an order once payment has been received. Please contact our Customer Service team for assistance and include your order number.
